Kathy Price

Born and raised in Alabama, I spent many childhood vacations enjoying the beautiful white beaches and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. After raising my two boys, I decided to make a permanent move to the place that stole my heart as a child. Starting out as a property manager and getting to know the area and the people, I knew that I wanted to help others find their dream home, vacation spot, or rental property. Since 2007 I've been blessed to be able to live out that dream and have matched countless clients with the perfect spot for them!

I love to develop a relationship with all my clients and as a local I can recommend everything from the best doughnuts and coffee for breakfast to where to scope out live music! I am well connected and actively involved in my community and can connect my clients with local stagers, inspectors, handymen, painters, etc. When I'm not scouting houses you can find me spending time with family, crocheting for my grandchildren, loving on my shitzus, volunteering at Grace Rides, or working with my plants!
