Karen L. Beatty

Karen, a native of Tampa, Florida, discovered Naples in 1977, settling in Olde Naples, where she met and

married her former husband and raised two children. Having a former career in the health industry, Karen

excitedly embarked onto a career in real estate in 1995 where she could use her people and business skills in new ways. Her

experience working closely with people throughout the years, lent the patience, communication skills, attention to

details and follow through which create ease and grace for her clients benefit.

Formerly the Assistant Information Director of Tampa International Airport gave her the ability to connect with people from all

walks of life.

Advanced education in real estate ensued with Karen completing and receiving the ABR and

GRI designations. ABR = Accredited Buyer's Representative and GRI = Graduate of the Realtor Institute. For many years, Karen

has earned multiple top producer sales awards and was recently recruited by Coldwell Banker, Naples, 5th Av, Feb. 2021. She is

excited to be aligned with a company that has the best marketing available for her clients, as well as a culture of giving.

Buyers, Sellers and Investors have benefitted from Karen guiding their real estate transaction, as if it were her own.

On another note, Karen has served on the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Redevelopment Advisory Board since 2004 and also in 2020

the United Council Board.
