Karen was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She then raised her 2 daughters on Long Island, before relocating to Central Florida in 2009.

Karen's background is in sales, office management in New York and then hospitatlity management in the Greater Orlando area. It is in hospitality where she found her passion and learned to place a high level of care into everything she does.
