Julio Arango

About

Julio is a Miami native, raised in Coral Gables and the Brickell area.  His background in law and human resource management has allowed him to become an expert in customer service.  He is dedicated to the highest standards in his relationships with his clients as well as his professional colleagues. Julio has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Florida International University. He remained interested in the field of Law and went on to manage a law firm in Downtown Miami with responsibilities ranging from human resource management, legal research, and processing and filing litigation documents.

After working in the legal profession for over 14 years, Julio expanded his focus and has established a career in Real Estate. Bringing his personal, academic, and professional background to the Real Estate field, he provides the highest level of service to both Buyers and Sellers. He has a hands-on approach that his clients can count on as they make decisions regarding their real estate needs.                    

Julio’s experiences have helped shape his relationships within the community which allow him to deliver his customers the best resources possible. Fluent in both English and Spanish he can assist both local and international clients in buying, selling or renting their home.
