I'm a New England Boy having been born in Rhode Island graduating from the University of Rhode Island before moving to the great City of Boston !!! I've been in Naples FL for 28 years and definitely know the "lay of the Land " so I'm able to use that to the advantage of both Buyers and Sellers alike. I Owned a Mortgage Company in Naples for 18 Years before starting my Real Estate Career, starting out with a Boutique Real Estate Firm on 5th Avenue in Downtown Naples.
My Best Move is my current one, joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate and our Nationally recognized Brand, Technology Training & Tools and Realtor support that is 2nd to none.

I enjoy working with Buyers to bring my knowledge of the Marketplace, and doing sophisticated searches based on their criteria to hone in on the Properties they will most likely to enjoy, saving them countless hours of searching & then Showings of Homes they really don't like. The end result is I've found their home and nothing beats that :-)

Joe did a great job selling our home. He went above and beyond what a realtor is responsible for. Since I didn't live in Naples, there were many things that Joe did for me such as repairs, getting quotes for repairs and running errands. He also did a great job during our negotiations. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a hard working and sensible realtor.

Joe is dependable and always available. He has very good communication skills and if he does not know the answer to a question, he finds it quickly. He is knowledgeable and fun to work with while focusing on taking care of his customer's needs and makes himself available most all of the time for any questions or making things happen.
