Adam Morrison came to real estate naturally, growing up as a member of a Denver, Colorado, "real estate family" that included a grandfather who built more than 20,000 homes in the area. A baseball scholarship brought him to Boca Raton, Florida, where he pitched for the Florida Atlantic University Owls and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication.
Now a Coldwell Banker agent who specializes in luxury properties in Palm beach, Broward, and Dade county, Adam proved himself a successful investor over the past five years, buying and selling residential real estate throughout the tri-county area. "My business background allows me to connect with people from all walks of life," he says in reference to how he interacts with his current real estate customers, "and I pride myself on understanding my clients needs, helping them achieve their goals, and exceeding their expectations."
"Adam was a wonderful agent for us," says one of his former clients. "My wife and I were first time home buyers and we hit a few snags, but Adam was always there to help us. He understood my wife's taste in homes, found several she liked, and wasted no time putting in our offer on the one we fell in love with."
Professionalism, communication, availability, market knowledge, and negotiation skills are the key tools Adam employs to service his clients. "Adam is a great agent who worked hard to find us exactly what we specified in our search criteria," says another satisfied customer. "He was always available and great to communicate with. I would recommend his services to anyone."
A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Adam enjoys travel, sports, and boating. He's also a strong advocate for the Humane Society and cherishes helping others.
