Alberto "AJ" Stapleton was born and raised in Lima-Peru, South America. He migrated to the USA on December of 1984. He has 3 grown daughters. AJ Speaks and writes Spanish fluently.

    In 2019 AJ relocated to the Palmer Ranch neighborhood in Sarasota and joined the St Thomas More Catholic Church.

    Mr. Stapleton is an experienced negotiating Broker with over 20 years in the residential market. He acquired his first investment property back in 1996 and joined the ranks of Real Estate agent in the year 2000. He has helped hundreds of families achieve the dream of home ownership and have aided several others in the path of owning additional properties for investment or vacation. His desire to excel in his field has earned him numerous Real Estate Certifications; GRI, RSPS and PSA. Symbols of commitment to his clients and the public. Additionally, in 2020 He earned the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement (C2EX) from the National Association of REALTORS® which showcases his highest levels of professionalism.

    AJ is professionally skilled in Nonprofit Organizations. Alberto's biggest passion in life is helping children and those in need. He founded Project Recycle in November 2010. He built the non-profit infrastructure, programs and ran operations from 2010-2018. His efforts have led the organization to donate over 10,000 bicycles to children locally and internationally. As an alumnus of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Program, AJ has served in the Inner-City Health Center Board of Directors and the Denver Preschool Program Board of Advisors (by appointment from the Denver Mayor). Recently, he served in the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Denver. (By appointment from the Archbishop of Denver)

    In 2012 he was awarded the Channel 7 Everyday Hero Award for his work in the community (ABC-affiliate TV Station) and in 2013 he received the Bike Denver Hero Award for his passion and commitment to the biking community. Additionally, in 2016 he was featured in Telemundo Denver "Unknown Heroes" who honor immigrants that have made a positive impact in our community.

    AJ spends his free time coaching soccer since 2008. He is a National D licensed soccer Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. He brings a high level of technical knowledge, playing experience, and an eye for coaching the game of soccer. He has done a great job developing technical and tactical players in his 2 years at the Barcelona Elite academy. His commitment to understand and coach the Barcelona style of play earned him the opportunity to travel to Barcelona to coach one of our traveling teams. Several of his players have gone to play collegiate soccer.

    Alberto's additional interests include camping, Hiking, Traveling and the winters skiing.
