I have spent over 40 years in the west valley. I have lived in Glendale, Phoenix, Prescott, Litchfield Park and Buckeye. I have attended local schools from elementary through high school and college. My husband, John, is also an agent with Coldwell Banker and proud to be a Military Veteran.

I will start by saying that Tammy is the very best, but a story. My wife and I were making a move from Washington State to Arizona. We had an agent to sell out home in WA and asked her to find us an agent in AZ for our purchase. Our agent reached out to several agents to find us one. After several unreturned phone calls, Tammy answered. Our seller agent was so impressed that she stopped making calls and recommended Tammy to us. It only took one phone call and I knew that Tammy would be the best for us. She is very personable, very confident, knowledgeable, and encouraging, but most important, very honest. Let's face it, Buying and selling homes is not fun, especially when you are doing tow transactions simultaneously with a very tight timeline. Tammy made it easy and seamless. She was an advocate for us at every turn, she fought for us when necessary, and told us when not to fight when it would have made things worse. Throughout the entire process she was very professional, and her husband John, have become friends. I would recommend Tammy for any Real Estate Transaction. In fact, I most likely will not use anyone else.

I just had the opportunity to work with Tammy. Being a retired Real Estate Agent myself I know what I wanted in an agent. She fulfilled everything an agent should be. She was available on my beckon call. You don't find many agents like that. Tammy, has worked with us since October of 2017 when we moved from Washington State.. She was very patient with us in our transition to move, it took us several months to finally put something together on a house but she was with us every step of the way.
