JoAnn is a marvelous agent and person to work with. She is easy going, always on time, and witty. With the market being so crazy the past year, it took us 10 months of looking and multiple offers later to get the right house. Throughout that time, JoAnn couldn't have been more accommodating and patient with myself and my parents. I didn't keep track of the amount of houses we viewed, but it was excessive (at least to me!). JoAnn was quick to set up viewing appointments once requested. She kept us up to date on market trends and provided valuable guidance when making offers. JoAnn knows the market, knows the details about each house you view and if she doesn't have an answer, she gets you one in an extraordinarily timely fashion. Rating - 5 out of 5 stars!!! When my husband and I decided we needed to buy a larger house, he entered his criteria and found that JoAnn Ford provided him with the exact home options that we needed. Upon contact with JoAnn, she immediately showed us the homes that we would love and within 2 weeks we found our dream house. Due to her infinite knowledge we bought the house. We were selling our smaller home at the same time and, thanks to JoAnn's advice, sold it within 24 hours. I mean, even less than 24 hours.The transition was somewhat stressful (only due to buying and selling at the same time) but JoAnn guided us through the process. I couldn't recommend anyone other than JoAnn for anything!!! We thing you are wonderful!

JoAnn has always been a pleasure to work with - this is the 3rd deal I have done with her in the past 2 years - She pretty much knows my likes and dislikes by now and only shows me properties that I would be interested in.

I had the pleasure of Joann reaching out to me after I had liked a photo of a home I was interested in seeing. I was living in California at the time and explained I was an extremely picky person looking to relocate to Az. Joann said she understood and reassured me that there was a home " out there " for me. I continually looked at home after home on her site and eventually I set up a weekend to come and view the homes I had chosen. I walked in the front door of some of the homes, turned and walked back out bc they didn't catch my eye. Joann said " boy you weren't kidding ". LOL I did find the perfect home for myself on the first day! Joann is so patient, pleasant and uplifting to work with; she makes sure all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed before finalizing everything. In my opinion, Joann is the perfect package all rolled up into one. I will definitely be recommending Joann to my family and friends.
