Don has been in the real estate industry since 1995 and has helped many clients buy and sell homes.  He has extensive experience in new home construction and sales having sold over 600 homes for a home builder during his tenure with them.  His experience in the Phoenix market includes firsthand knowledge of communities in both the East and West Valley.  As an Associate Broker, he has achieved a level of education that benefits all of his clients.  Don is customer service oriented and promises to return calls, emails and texts quickly because he knows that "time is of the essence" in buying and selling homes.  He is honest and professional and works hard to insure the best outcome for his clients.  His personal skills, combined with the support of the team environment offered by Coldwell Banker and the cutting edge digital marketing and technology provided, affords his clients the best experience possible whether buying or selling a home.

    Originally from Kansas, Don has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Emporia Kansas State University.  He is also a graduate of the Hyland Bay New Home Sales Training course as well as the Dale Carnegie Human Relations and Sales Training courses.  When he is not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll likely find him enjoying the day hiking in the Superstition Mountains or on a sunny golf course somewhere in the metro Phoenix area.
