    Denny is a true professional. He knows and understands this business through and through. No question is too big or small. He has made us feel like family. We care for and respect him highly and will gladly refer him to anyone looking. Denny has assisted us twice; first when we relocated to AZ and bought this home and now he just helped us sell that same home!

    We are honored to write a review of this 'FINE' Real Estate Agent - Denny Clark. My husband and I have bought/sold many many homes over our life-time. I have also worked in the Home Building Industry and must say that: Not only is Denny....proficient; knowledgeable; trust-worthy; prompt; reliable; HE IS very gracious; not pushy BUT always right on top of things and ready to serve your individual needs. We could not say enough about our encounter and experience with Denny!!!     Hello, My family and I had the pleasure of working with Denny in 2015 on a home purchase. He was incredibly helpful and fun to work with. He guided us confidently through every step of the process. One of the things that sets Denny apart is that he's also a part of the community. Denny has an excellent knowledge of not only the builders but also how the homes in his area are constructed. His previous career experience in the fire prevention and safety industry has given him the knowledge to know how to spot high quality (and not so high quality) homes. I would highly recommend Denny Clark as a realtor.

    We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Denny. Walking into Coldwell Banker and catching him in his office the day we visited from Ohio was a stroke of good luck for us. Denny went above and beyond to help us purchase our second home in Goodyear from our home in Ohio. He was in touch with us constantly, keeping us informed every step of the way. He gave us information about who to contact for a loan and for home inspection. He did a walk through of the property the day before closing and assured us that everything was repaired as promised. Even after the closing, he is helping us with information about utility hookups, etc. If we had not met Denny that day, there is no doubt we would still be searching for our 2nd home and we are so grateful to not be.     For me moving will be a massive undertaking since I am leaving my job after 21 years and a home I've loved in Michigan since 1984! Denny has made me feel very comfortable and I believe he has my desires and needs in a new home as prime importance. His knowledge of Estrella Mountain Ranch and the community has led me to believe this is going to be a very successful venture! Even though I have just started this process I look forward to finding exactly what I want in a new home in Estrella with Denny's help. Would I recommend Denny, yes, he's very personable seems very committed to his clients!

    We had the pleasure of working with Denny both moving into and out of the area. He was so helpful. His knowledge of the local area both of existing homes and new construction was a huge help when we were new to the area. He also worked with us managing the rental of our property prior to us putting it on the market to sell. Denny was great to work with and always answered emails & texts promptly. We would highly recommend Denny if you are looking to buy or sell.
