Cindy brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker. A graduate of Stanford University, Cindy also received her MPH and MBA from UC Berkeley. With an extensive background in financial consulting, Cindy's business acumen and negotiating skills will come in handy for her clients.
Cindy and her husband Mike moved here over 25 years ago from San Francisco. Cindy has always been involved in her local community. She received the prestigious Orchid Award for developing the popular East Sac Children's Park on the corner of Folsom Blvd. and 42nd Street. Formerly a vacant lot surrounded by a chain link fence, Cindy negotiated with East Lawn Cemetery to donate the property to the City of Sacramento Parks and Recreation, and the rest is history! She is also a former President of the Friends of David Lubin School and was instrumental in starting the annual Spring Garden Tour that funds the Teacher's Assistant Program and Arts Program.
Cindy was recently honored with the East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award for 2018 for her work in chairing the rebuild effort for the East Lawn Children's Park which raised over $150,000 in private funds for new equipment, tables and benches.
Cindy also received the prestigious Orchid Award from the East Sacramento Improvement Association in June 2019 for chairing the renovation of the Children's Park in East Sacramento.
Cindy is also a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors 'Masters Club' for home sales over $5,000,000 this past year.
