I was born in "Upper Manhattan" NYC (or as us latinos call it "Alto Manhattan" in Washington Heights). My dad was finally able to move us up to the Dyckman Street projects on 195th street where I did my elementary school years attending P.S. 152 on Nagle Avenue and J.H.S. 7th grade at I.S. 187 on 187th and Cabrini Boulevard. What great years those were.
We then moved into Yonkers NY a suburb just outside NYC that in the late 70's and early 80's was like moving to the country! I completed Junior High and graduated Yonkers High School.
Life happened after that.
I've lived in several locations in The Bronx NY, White Plains NY and in Rye NY. Fast forward to 2015 and I find myself in CT in a beautiful home of our own. I have a 29 year old son, a great dog named Bogart and a wonderful wife named Linda now. She and I live here in Danbury in a home that we found with the help of a wonderful realtor from Coldwell Banker. She was able to "warm our cold feet" when it came to the most important and biggest purchase of our lives. The process went so smoothly and it was really quite painless! Homeownership has brought such happiness and a feeling of achievement to our lives.
So much so in fact that I became inspired to make that same difference in the lives of other families.
I now work with that wonderful realtor Demaree and another great realtor named Pam, on a team called The McHenry Cooney Group as a Salesperson for Coldwell Banker. With over 70 years of experience in the Real Estate field in this Team alone and over 100 years of real estate sales with Coldwell Banker, I know I made the right choice and now so can you.
You too can sell, buy or rent your home with the same seamless experience I had my first time with Coldwell Banker.
I look forward to meeting you and helping shape your future.
