23 years of banking and institutional sales brings a unique and real world perspective to Lee Fleischman's approach to real estate at Coldwell Banker. Living 150 yards away from the Greenwich border in North Stamford for 20 years has given him comfort and diverse knowledge of the Greenwich market. Lee transitioned to real estate in 2003, first on the development/management side at a company that invested in and sold Greenwich high-end construction and he then gravitated to his first love, client representation joining Greenwich Fine Properties, which ultimately was merged with Coldwell Banker.
In an ever-changing market, Lee's attention to detail and his laser sharp client focus, essential during his years in banking at Morgan Stanley, Dillion Read, and UBS, are equally valuable in assisting his real estate clients.
Lee is married to Beth and they have two children, Sam and Charlotte. A former trustee at the Rye Country Day School, former director of the North Stamford Association and founding family of the Teton Club in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Lee and his family enjoy the outdoors.
Lee holds a degree in marketing as well as an MBA in International Business from Pace.
