As a relocating client, she was able to provide insight into the local housing market and local processes/regulations for the way home sales are conducted in PA vs. other states. She is extremely professional and very responsive. After the sale, I became aware of some of the behind the scenes negotiations that took place to address some major issues which could have scuttled the sale. Those issues were all negotiated in my favor.

Carole is a great realtor to work with! We started working with her in 2017 but at the time were not completely ready to buy and she was very understanding with us, 2 years later when we were 100% ready my husband and I both agreed we should reach out to Carole to help us find our first home because she was so helpful the first time we had looked at homes. My husband and I were both first time home buyers so everything initially was very overwhelming, however Carole did a wonderful job taking the time to explain things to us and addressing any concerns we had during the process. She made herself available to speak with us during all hours of the day, not just business hours which was definitely very nice with how stressful this process can become. She also made things very convenient by allowing us to E-sign documents rather than having to take multiple trips to fill out paperwork.
