Tamara helped me buy a house in 2010 and helped me sell that same house in 2021. There's no one else I would trust more than her. She knows what she's doing and she knows the market. Tamara Harke and Denise Evans sold our house in Mishawaka. We relocated to Florida before the house even went on the market. Tamara and Denise came over and did a walk through to let us know of things that needed to be done before we sold. We took their advice and made the necessary changes and updates. Denise kept in close contact with us almost daily. Our house was listed on many sites so it would be easily seen. We received updates on the number of views and visits we had. Since we had already moved, they made it possible to sign everything remotely. We didn't even have to be enforced the closing. Tamara and Denise set up open houses as soon as the house hit the market. Our house sold in two weeks. Everything was wrapped up in time and there were no major issues with the sale. Tamara was able to help me navigate every part of the homebuying process, from house shopping and neighborhood safety to loan applications and closing.
