    This is the third time I have had the pleasure working with Mr. John Schindler. He was very patient during my search for buying a house a few years ago and did a wonderful job helping me negotiate a fair price. When I wanted to sell the house eight years later, he was there to advise me on what to do to prepare it for sale and, after a few false starts, once we listed it, it didn't take long for a buyer to jump on it. John priced it almost exactly where the appraisal came in at. I could not be happier with the help and service John gave me.
