Why I sell real estate...
When I first made the leap into full time real estate sales, I was excited about being my own boss, controlling my own schedule and supporting my family. My mother had always encouraged me to sell real estate and, after twenty years in marketing and public relations, I took her advice. The possibilities seemed endless. I was able to be my own boss, I learned the business quickly and my business took off. Over time, my business became less about me and my goals and more about those of you, my clients.
I found that what was driving me was less about my income (although that was and is incredibly important - I've got two college tuitions to pay) and more about helping people achieve their real estate goals and dreams. The American Dream of home ownership. Not only do I love meeting new people and seeing so many beautiful Arkansas properties along side them. I will never take for granted the fact that I am a part of some of the most important moments in a family's life. Whether I'm helping a newlywed couple, a single woman buying her first home or a recently widowed woman sell the home she and her family filled with a lifetime of memories, they are all important pages in the book of a person's life. Chapters open and closed. Honestly, every day provides me with a moment. Looking back the joy the memories bring me overwhelms me. What a wonderful life!
I always chuckle when I hear client's say things like "sorry to bother you" or "we don't mean to be a pest". I always remind them they are never a bother and it is always my intention to help them, to add value and guide them through this process. To me there are few things in this world as wonderful as watching my clients move into their new home.
Don't get me wrong, it can be a crazy business but I love crazy. I love not knowing what each day may bring. The ups, the downs, the wins and the losses.
Hope to see you soon! Amy

Amy has been outstanding since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house with other realtors, we asked Amy to help us one final time. After our initial meeting, she quickly set the wheels in motion to put together an outstanding plan for the marketing and sale of our unique home. We could not be happier with Amy's responsiveness to our every question. She has been very attentive to our every need, has been a pleasure to work with throughout the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Amy came with a plan, was persistent and executed it perfectly!! We will definitely use her again for selling or buying!

Amy was very attentive to us, she kept us within our price range and took us to locations that we could manage with minimal labor after purchase. She educated us on the path forward as new buyers and minimized our mistakes. I didn't even know who to call to set up my utilities, she sent me every website and phone number. She is responsive to text and phone calls. She helped us receive down payment help and was in full contact with the loan company. She talked to us straight, kept it real with us, no complicated lingo or half explanations. Thank you Amy for helping me and my wife now, advance in our lives.

Amy never faltered! We had been trying for several years to sell our house and she did it in three months! Her marketing was expansive and swift and her tenaciousness...well, she just never quit! Then when we found the "dream house" we wanted to buy, it turned out to be a very tricky property. She figured out solutions to all the problems that presented themselves during the negotiations, giving us excellent, altruistic advice. On top of getting us an excellent purchase price, she got us into the house three weeks earlier than we had hoped. Thanks to Amy, we were able to sell a difficult property and buy a dream home. I don't plan on ever moving again but if I do, Amy's my agent!!
