Jonda Schwass

From the beginning, Jonda had me on an email list which helped me search for our new cabin. As soon as we located the cabin, I contacted Jonda and scheduled a time to see the property within 3 days of it going on the market. She was so easy to work with! Our sale was complicated as we were from Iowa and the property was in Baldwin. I had many questions and concerns, and Jonda patiently helped me address each of them. I was worried and she calmed me down:) She helped us with our numerous inspections. She shared my disbelief of how complicated the loan application process has become. She helped find an insurance company that would insure our cabin due to the fact that there is a wood burning fireplace insert. It seemed like everyday there was something else to deal with and Jonda never failed to return my calls. I so much appreciated that! Our closing kept getting delayed due to the large volume of loan requests coming in after the Covid shutdown. She shared our frustration. Even on the scheduled day of closing, we had another complication because the loan provider did not fill out papers corectly. Jonda reassured us that everything would work out, and it did! Hooray! Jonda was there when we finally took possession and shared our joy at having purchased a beautiful waterfront cabin. Jonda made sure we felt welcome in the cabin with gifts made in Michigan; flowers, wine, and a beautiful cutting board to name a few. She even included candy bars for our Granddaughter who accompanied us. In a few short months we have enjoyed time with family and friends. We have met numerous friendly neighbors and love our cabin. It is a legacy for our three daughters and 9 grandchildren. Thanks so much, Jonda for helping make all of this possible. I know we learned things together and definitely had our challenges. You made sure all of this could happen for us!

We were very Grateful to have had her work with us and help us find our very first home! Jonda was always so supportive and walked us thru this journey to the end. We viewed many houses and at times felt like the right one wouldn't come...She would encourage us with 'We will find you a home guys I promise'. Her dedication and services provided were Amazing. I truly recommend her because she doesn't just sell a home she makes dreams happen! My family and I are very Grateful to have known her and have her work with us. ¸ðŸ 

Jonda was amazing to work with and was available to setup showings to help us find our first house. She did a great job of returning phone calls or text messages in a timely manner.
