Tracy was very helpful through the process of selling our home this year and buying land 3 years ago. He was prompt in answering my many questions and emails. He was knowledgeable about the area and market, especially after the floods. He did a great job of reassuring us that our home would sell despite having been damaged by the floods. He was helpful in suggestions to make our home more marketable with things such as flooring choices, replacing windows and siding, etc. He made the horrible experience of selling our house after it flooded a much easier one. I would highly recommend him if you are selling or buying.

Tracy was a huge help in getting our purchase completed in a timely manner. He was available to answer all of my questions by text and email. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and even helped research out some information about the particular land we were buying. I would definitely recommend Tracy and will be using him to sell our home when we are ready.

I would highly recommend Tracy Barth. He is very knowledgeable and a great asset to his company. He definitely went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. My wife and I were looking for homes that were 6 to 8 hours drive away. Planning trips back and forth seemed like a terrible idea, but thankfully Tracy Barth had a better idea. We were able to find exactly the home we were looking for through a video call. Tracy Barth definitely went the extra mile for us. He's very astute when visiting the properties we were interested it. He had excellent knowledge of the area as well. I really can't imagine an agent being better than Tracy Barth. Consider yourself lucky if you happen to have Tracy Barth as a real-estate agent.

Tracy did an awesome job helping us find our first home! He showed us many houses and always gave us an honest opinion and tried to get us the best deal. He stayed consistent and worked hard to get our house at the price we needed. He was always very responsive when we contacted him and was able to show us houses we were interested in within a day max, even at later times that fit our schedule better. He is also very knowledgable about the homes and neighborhoods we looked at and always gave his honest opinion up front with any work that needed done and helped us look for things that might need fixed.
