Words can't begin to explain how incredible it was to work with Stephanie! She made our first home purchase experience a breeze! Stephanie was always many steps ahead of the game, and made sure we knew what to expect, and when to expect it! We had so much fun exploring new areas and truly felt like she had our very best interests in mind from start to finish. Stephanie's superior knowledge and experience was obvious from the beginning, and she exceeded all expectations! We will forever be loyal clients and will always recommend Stephanie with flying colors to anyone in need of a real estate agent! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of us and welcoming us to our new home! Sincerely, Jeremy and Molly Francis

Working with Stephanie was amazing. From day one she put nothing but our needs fist and was always available for any questions that my fiancé and I had. She did a great job walking us through each step of homebuying from the first walkthrough of a ton of different homes to finally putting an offer down on our first home. She has great attention to detail and makes sure the whole homebuying and selling process goes as smooth as possible. My fiancé and I can sleep easy knowing that Stephanie has everything handled for us. Buying or selling your new home? Hands down ask Stephanie to be in your corner!

10 REASONS TO STAGE YOUR HOME

I offer Home Staging services to all of my clients who are looking to sell their home for top dollar and with less time on the market! Staging a home to sell is very different than your basic interior designer, you need to know the market, what buyers are looking for, what buyers are attracted to, and what is going to help or hurt a sale. What makes me successful as a Realtor and Home Stager is staying educated with the market and up to date on design trends. It's hard work selling your home but...

While you may not think about the one light switch that doesn't work or the chipping paint in the guest bedroom, now is the time to take a step back and look at your home with fresh eyes. When you decide to sell your home, the first thing you should do is make any repairs you can to save yourself money...
