    Stacy Priehs epitomizes hard work, integrity, energy and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Stacy grew up in the Blue Water Area and started her real estate career over 20 years ago. She has worked all aspects of the real estate industry representing residential and commercial buyers, sellers, investors, waterfront properties, vacation homes, vacant land and more.
    Stacy has a family with her husband of 28+ years and two grown children, as well as a large extended family in the Blue Water Area. She has a passion for travel, a great love of books and sports, and is involved extensively in community outreach and volunteerism. Stacy has a background in Interior Design, graduating from Brooks College, School of Design in 1988 and more recently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Community Development from Central Michigan University. She has served on the Eastern Thumb Association of Realtors Executive Board as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-President, and President as well as many different committees. Stacy was also honored as ETAR Realtor of the Year in 2005 and 2015.
    Stacy covers all of the Blue Water Area including St. Clair, Sanilac, Macomb, and Lapeer Counties. Communication is Stacy's number one priority when working for you. You can count on her to be dependable, passionate, and above all else, display integrity in every aspect of your transaction!

    I have had the opportunity to work with Stacy through several transactions. She assisted me in selling my vacant land in the country, as well as in selling my home which was in the city. Stacy guided my sister and I towards finding our ideal home which presently continues to suit all of our needs. We could count on Stacy to be consistent with follow through in providing each of our requests. She did this in a timely and professional manner by responding proactively related to our questions and concerns. Stacy kept us informed as to the next step with each transaction we encountered, and we found her to be most dependable in her availability. She also provided her company's presence according to what we needed. We experienced confidence and trusted her because of her excellent knowledge and performance skills which she has perfected over the years. We are so pleased with the outcome of all of our choices in working with Stacy.

    I have had several encounters with Stacy at the professional level. I choose her service because of her consistency and dependability. She is quite easy to communicate with as well, and extends a comfortable rapport towards any questions she is asked. I like that she is prompt with responses and is faithful about follow through related to my awaited concerns. I appreciate that she is direct and transparent in her responses and I then know what the next step is in our business dealing.

    Although I had previously sold two homes, I had never used a Real Estate Agent, and anticipated I would need to screen a number of agents. I found Stacy to be immediately responsive, knowledgeable and especially able to anticipate my needs, eliminating the need to contact any other agents. Her experience with the local home and financial market were very helpful in providing valuable guidance and advice during the process. Stacy was diligent in keeping me up to date, informed, and motivated me to make timely decisions and kept the process moving forward. I truly believe that I would not have been able to have navigated the sale process nearly as successfully without Stacy's valuable guidance, knowledge and assistance.

    When we needed someone to help sell our longtime family home, we knew Stacy understood our needs and could help us get it sold. Her market analysis and staging suggestions were very helpful as we got ready to list the home. (and her analysis ended up being right on track) She and her team worked to show the house and host open houses for potential buyers. Communication during the negotiating stage kept us up to date on progress, and the closing went smoothly. Next time we are buying or selling in the Blue Water Area, Stacy will be the first one we call.
