Lots of "going the extra mile". We had 3 or 4 different inspectors coming to the house and Bethann did not hesitate for a second to take charge of getting that done. Also Beth knew when thins were getting "scary" for us and was a calming and very helpful influence. Beth knows the laws and regulations. Beth had conversations with other family members wowanted info. Beth rode her bicycle to find the address at the start when she needed to get closer to the situation. She is excellent
