Katie. Is. Awesome. I really have no other way to say it. She honesty did everything that a person would expect. She was responsive in her communication with me. She took the time to answer ALL my questions. She was polite and understood my concerns with selling my house. She patiently walked me through the process and I was confident that she had my best interest in mind.
The bottom line is that Katie is the realtor that you want when it comes to buying or selling a house. She works hard for you and that is the most important thing.

Katie was very knowledgeable about the area and the houses and the process of purchasing a home in Junction City. Katie was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way, and did the best she could to explain the process in ways I could understand it, being new to buying a house. She recommended a good lender, and was there when I closed on the house, which meant a lot to me. She also helped us negotiate different things with the sellers, and was able to find ways to accommodate everyone on both ends. Definitely recommend.
