When I asked my realtor in Nederland if she could find me a property in Nacogdoches she suggested finding a realtor there that knew the area. She found Dawn for me. I was looking for a property for my daughter to live in and go to college. She visited with me via phone, as we are 2 1/2 hours away and I told her what we were looking for and why. She compiled a list of properties and when I met with her a week later we started looking. She took into consideration that my daughter had never been on her own and that we need an area that we would be comfortable with her living. Because this is a college town, affordable properties are few and far between but Dawn can through for us. When I was at at business meeting about 6 hour away and could not be there to look at the property. She scheduled a facetime walk through of the property, gave us some options and my husband and I feel very fortunate that we were able to obtain this property. It is perfect for what we need and had Dawn not handled us with priority for our situation we might still be looking. She also worked very well with my lender. She said that she was one of the best realtors she had ever worked with. She was very thorough and efficient.
