I like to think of myself as a dream fulfillment specialist. Baton Rouge is an area rich in culture and accepting of growth. As a realtor my success is enhancing our community and making it a better place to live.
As a former educator, one of my favorite things is keeping my clients informed of all aspects of the transaction. Real Estate is always in flux. There is always some new regulation, financing, or development. Changes occur so rapidly, it's difficult for even the professionals to keep up. So, I feel it is my duty to keep myself abreast of the latest developments and pass relevant information on to my client.
Our lives are often in flux. I try to be cognizant of those changes whether they are personal, social, or technological. It is for those reasons, I dub myself a life change specialist.

I realize that this is emotional for me and Phyllis has been not only gracious, she has gone over and above to help us sell our family home.
There were mail forwarding issues when we moved out, fear of frozen pipes, leaving drapes behind that I actually wanted to keep' Phyllis has helped us through this and hopefully, the reward is that we reach an agreement with someone who loves our family home as much as we do.
