In 2021 we purchased a home. We lived far away and circumstances were that we were not able to see the house in person before the sale went through. Risky? Yes, it could have been but we had Stan as our realtor. . Stan answered all of our many questions, the ones he didn't know right away he investigated until he did. Stan went out of his way to take videos and pictures so that we could view all aspects of the home. He supervised the home inspection and researched the area for us until we had no further questions.
