Every homebuyer deserves the experience I have had using Karen Bradley through Caldwell Banker. From the beginning, she has been dedicated to the entire home buying process. She proved to be very knowledgeable during the home inspection and even asked the inspector questions I wouldn't have thought of to ask myself. She was quick to answer any questions I might have had and never hesitated to call the lender or selling agent on my behalf. Karen was always ahead of schedule and ensured everything was in order for closing. We even closed EARLY! If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend going through Karen Bradley.

If I could give Karen more stars I would do so. We were searching for a second home and Karen was knowledgeable with the area (Williamsburg/New Town) and showed us every option along with the pros and cons. Once we were under contract she assisted with the inspection and gave us references for work we wanted done. Remember much of this was done by Karen as we live 3 hours away. Closing was smooth and I actually understood the contract. Karen was always available for our questions and worked around our travel schedule for showings and the closing. If you are looking for a full service realtor Karen is the one for you. Would I use her again ? Without a doubt, yes.

I cannot imagine navigating the home buying process without the immeasurable knowledge and flexibility of Karen. She has an unmatched ability to help keep you at ease while also making sure that you are getting everything you want in a property. I highly recommend Karen to anyone buying a house!

Karen is a true professional and I highly recommend her as a buyer or seller agent. She impressed me right from the beginning. She worked tirelessly to get my house sold at a fair price in a timely manner. She was very prompt with everything that had to be done. She had some great photos taken of my house and marketed it very quickly. Whenever I had a question, she was very responsive. She gave me sound advice throughout the entire process. At the end of the day, Karen made the selling process simple and easy with little worry.

There is not enough space given to leave all the details of how amazing Karen was as our realator. Overview: we are a military family of three, first move with a kiddo, never have lived in VA. Karen was our step by step guide to Hampton Roads and the cities surrounding it. We looked at close to 30 houses our first time here with no luck. From that point it was all Karen and video calls. She did a fantastic job and showing us details and getting to know the house before she'd walkthrough over chat with us. No nonsense and a straight shooter when it came to her opinions and it helped us a lot. She stayed in contact with us all the way through the buying process and really was the only reason we felt comfortably buying 'site unseen' before arriving in the area. We made her jump through a lot of hoops to help us get what we need and she went above and beyond each time. Additional details: she's absolutely hilarious and makes the buying process less stressful with the humor. There were some tough times and missed opportunities on our end and she was really good at continuing to work with us until we found the home we wanted. I believe the phrase 'you are a saint' was used several times over our 6 months of working together. If you don't hire her, you are missing out.
