As a Lincoln native, I love all that our city has to offer. I grew up here and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln. After college, I took a leap of faith and moved out west to California, where I resided for 20 years. Ultimately, I came back home to the good life to raise my 2 daughters here in Lincoln.

I've truly found my joy in being a Real Estate Professional. I'm humbled to be the 1st to earn the Global Luxury Designation with Coldwell Banker in the state of Nebraska. I pride myself in being 100% reliable, an expert in negotiation and focused on the individual wants and needs of my clients. I'm high energy, solution oriented and driven. Katie Allen was a dream to work with as she was always in a good mood. Always hopeful about finding my ideal home. Always looking out for my interests and comforts. Always aware of my price points. She made looking for a home in Lincoln very easy. I would highly recommend her as she is knowledgeable about the community, houses and the proper assistance staff as needed. I would have been remiss in not writing this review for Katie. Not only for the attention to detail during the purchasing process, but also for the attention to personal and emotional detail that goes with purchasing a home. Regardless of time of day or topic, Katie was available, knowledgeable, and quite frankly, the best real estate agent we have ever worked with.
