I highly recommend Brian Kays to help you sell your home and find you the perfect new one. I wanted to sell my four-bedroom home with a large yard and downsize after my last child left for college. I was looking for a home in a very specific area, very near my work, within a specific price range, free from lots of yard work, that required no need for renovations, updates or improvements. Brian hit it out of the park! Brian researched the neighborhoods near my work, provided me with a range of prices from recent sales, walked me through the pros and cons of each type of house and worked hard to find the right home for me. When a house meeting my requirements in our search area appeared up for sale, Brian called me within minutes. He scheduled a showing before any other agents acted for their clients. Brian's work was outstanding throughout the entire buying process. He came up with the winning negotiation strategy. He kept me 100% up-to-date during the entire process. Brian provided all the answers and research I needed to understand the home's history and market value. He helped me find and schedule the home inspection. Brian pre-read the inspection report and helped me with identifying what we wanted to have fixed before we met with the actual home inspector. Brian was at my side during the home inspector's walkthrough. Brian pointed out additional fixes that needed to be made before the closing. Brian was at my side during every step of my home buying and closing process. Brian was always available to me. He always had a positive "can-do" attitude. He was happy and approachable. He provided me with great service even though I was buying a smaller house, with a much smaller purchase price, and therefore a smaller commission. Brian worked just as hard on the purchase of my down-sized home as he did on the sale of my much bigger house. If you want a real estate agent that will work for you, with only your best interests at heart, Brian is the real estate agent for you. He will get your house sold for top dollar and find the house you want for the price you want to pay.
