Dale was very easy to work with and we felt comfortable with the advice he gave.Before the house was listed, Dale spent time discussing the various responsibilities of the seller, the steps involved as we went along such as the inspections that would need to be conducted as well as those that might be needed. He presented and explained the cost breakdown associated with the selling of the house so we had a good idea of our expenses before the house went on the market. As a first-time seller, this was all new and we had many questions along the way. Dale was quick to respond to phone calls, texts and e-mails. The paperwork involved was more than we had imagined, but most of it was sent and signed by e-mail. This certainly saved time and allowed us to read through everything at our convenience. Dale arranged to meet and bring us documents that needed to be signed in person. An offer was received the day the house was listed. During the negotiating process Dale would pass along the Buyers' counter offers as presented by their Realtor. He explained our options and advised us during decision making. Our closing date was 5 weeks from the final acceptance of the Buyers' offer. We were satisfied with the amount of time involved and the smooth transition. Although we were selling the house on behalf of our parent, Dale was very respectful of our Father as the actual owner and was kind to visit him to present the final check. We appreciated Dale's kindness and patience with us and trusted his advice.
Dale was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about my local market, and was informative about the process. I have worked with other agents in the past, and some seemed to be more concerned with a paycheck. I felt that Dale actually looked out for my best interests throughout the transaction. He also sold my home on the first day listed for full asking price.

Working with Dale on the sale of my Mothers estate was smooth. He pointed out changes that needed to be done to have the home show better. Did a market analysis to make sure we had the asking price where it needed to be to attract the right qualified buyers. Estimate of of proceeds to know how the numbers looked. Pictures and marketing were top of the line. Accepted offer was fast, contracts and all essential paper work complete. Dale was very good at keeping me calm during negotiations and all issues that come along with the transaction. Dale kept me informed at every step though out transaction and all of the way through closing. Great Job!
