Julie stuck with me all the way through what was one of the most trying times of my life. I was alone and had zero knowledge about the selling of a house. She guided me through it, step by step, and NEVER made me feel stupid for all the truly stupid questions I asked. She was always there when I needed to talk to her, which was at least a gazillion times, and she was always on top of everything. And she was ALWAYS so kind.
I highly recommend her to anyone and, the gods forbid, if I ever need to move again, I will turn to her without hesitation.

Julie Fahlgren was awesome to deal with!! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable as a realtor.
We are from Oregon, but are currently working in northern CA and lost everything in the Dixie Fire.
2 other realtors from northeast Oregon wouldn't work with us as soon as we said we were from California.
Julie was wonderful!! She bent over backwards to help with whatever we needed and didn't care where we were from.
We'll only use Julie for any future real estate purchases.
