I am a customer-service-oriented real estate agent of Coldwell Banker Lakehaven Realtors who helps buyers and sellers in and around the Mount Vernon, Texas area. As a long time resident in the area, I am very knowledgeable on details that are of importance to you during your home search!
I have been in the real estate atmosphere for 10 years. I first began my journey as a personal assistant, but then obtained my real estate license through Kaplan University in 2012. I received the International President's Elite award in 2016, The International Sterling Society award in 2017, along with the Three Million Dollar Producer award in 2017.

Personally, I enjoy spending my down time with my husband of 28 years, Jonathan, our five children and our ten grandchildren! I have been abundantly blessed with a large family and I love our time together; It is nothing shy of entertaining.
I am known for serving a broad spectrum of East Texas areas, but the Mount Vernon, Scroggins, Lake Cypress Springs, and Lake Bob Sandlin areas are my forte.
I pledge to give my clients 110% of my attentiveness to their needs in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction in the home buying or selling process, as I know it can sometimes be stressful. I am willing to go the extra mile to help you successfully sell or buy your home. My husband and I are thrilled at our experience with Debra Vann. We closed on our home back in June, but the process leading up to finding the right home was incredibly stressful seeing how inventory went very quickly in our area. Debra always made sure to stay on top of everything during the process and reassured us always. She was available any time to show us a home, helped us find a home in a great school district, helped us find vendors for inspections and surveys. Because of Debra, we were actually able to get the home for less than what the seller listed it for!
The process wouldn't have gone as smooth without Debra as our realtor. She was very professional and enjoyable to be around! We would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!
