Jackie helped me buy my first home and now about 12 years later she helped me sell it! I had renters in there for the past year and half and she made the process very smooth for all parties involved. I appreciated how knowledgeable and patient she was considering how having renters in the home you're trying to sell throws a real curve ball into the selling game. I felt like I had to do very little in this whole process because she handled everything so well. Not only that, but she's always so friendly and easy to talk to. She was great to my family every time she saw them, I was able to pick her brain and ask her so many questions and she always made it enjoyable and easy to talk to her. She's also a great problem solver and I felt like she had my best interest throughout the whole process. When there were bumps along the way, she had my back 100% and got things taken care of. There were also little snags, such as my Hero loan that was attached to the property, creating a lien against the home. I remember thinking it was going to make things so difficult when it came time to sell, but not one bit. Jackie knew how to deal with that so it felt like a non-issue on my end and now that load is paid in full and off my plate. If I'm ever in the market to buy or sell again, I will be calling Jackie. I highly recommend her service!

Jackie was the person on the floor that received my call She's been very helpful and getting things started for me from marketing to listing and bringing in potential buyers. Jackie gave me her advice when I asked what she would do she explained how things normally worked responses and other things people would normally do I feel she used her experience to help guide me and helping me make decisions when I wasn't sure. she was very patient with me and my father who I run everything by so she with stood my father's questions and temperament. I had many questions and she was patient with me even though she probably had to repeat herself 2 or 3 times. Although this was my second home bought my first one through Caldwell as well and there is so much to learn the second time around. I am grateful Jackie managed to find me another buyer after my first one fell through very odd situation but she was on it when it came to finding another buyer and locking him into the deal thanks Jackie:-)

In hindsight those houses truly needed a lot more work than I would have been able to accomplish in a reasonable timeframe.
