Martha has all the strengths listed and then some. She has a 5 star professional character! As a first time buyer I did not have to fear the unknown, any questions I had she answered, and most time she proactively anticipated my concerns and was sure to let me know not to worry that she would be there for me and she was! I would not have been able to become a homeowner and would have given up several times had it not been for her thought-fullness, caring and concern for MY dream. Honestly, I can't say enough about Martha to express my gratitude I am extremely thankful to her and for her!

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Martha. She was able to suggest listings based on the criteria that we provided her. She worked with our schedules and was able to meet us for showings at times convenient for us. When we let her know that we were interested in a house, she would provide us relevant information for that house. We never felt pressured by her and always felt that she was available to answer questions. Once we had decided on a house Martha coordinated with the bank, seller, and lawyer for us and always kept us in the loop and up to date with what was being done and what was coming up next. Martha really made our home buying experience easy and stress free.
