Robin Hall combines her skill as a land use attorney, experience buying and selling investment properties, and her passion for making lasting connections in her role as a REALTOR®. Clients have praised Robin's attention to detail, accessibility throughout the transaction, and ability to keep their needs at the forefront of the process.

Robin holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Stetson University. She worked as a title searcher before becoming an attorney specializing in environmental, land use, and contract law. She also worked as recruiter matching employers and job seekers in sales and marketing positions.

After spending many summers in Vermont, she and her late husband relocated to the Green Mountains and developed small businesses, including Madhouse Munchies. Having worked with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman to buy and sell homes and investment properties, Robin believes strongly in the firm's reputation and delivery of professional service to its clients. Her experience in real estate as a lawyer, investor, and landlord led her to pursue a career in real estate in 2013. She has been consistently recognized among the top Coldwell Banker Agents internationally since her first year.

When not spending time with her four children, Robin is promoting and pursuing her passion for ice hockey. She is well-known in the local hockey community as a coach, volunteer and recruiter. For 10 years, Robin ran "Breakaway Hockey Camp" working with girls throughout Vermont on their skills and furthering their love for the sport. Not only has she mentored her own children, she has also served as a mentor for young girls in our area through hockey, girl scouts and volunteering in the schools. She currently volunteers her time helping children with special needs learn to skate. Robin serves on the board of Pure Water for the World working to bring clean water to the under-served families of Haiti and Honduras.

Robin's experience and strength in connecting with people will be invaluable in guiding home buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction. She resides in South Burlington with her children.

    My Client Testimonials

"Robin Hall was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL helping us find an investment property that my daughter could also live in for a few years. She was thorough, knowledgeable and helped us not only in the purchase process but found us great folks to do work on the property! I HIGHLY recommend using Robin for ANY real estate purchases or sales that a buyer or seller may have!!" - B.P., Buyer, 12/12/2017
"Robin Hall represented the seller and we were self represented however, the agreement on the purchase price and the closing would not of happened without the knowledge and talents of Robin. My family and I are now living in a wonderful house that we love and it would not of happened with Robin. She is a wonderful asset to the real estate community of Vermont. " - A.R., Buyer, 12/12/2017
This being my first residential real estate investment property, I required a lot of guidance and direction from start to closing, and beyond ! Robin was able to make this transaction an educational & fun experience at the same time for me. Looking forward to future real estate projects with Robin. Cheers - Doug Nerber, Feb 2018
" Robin was great - very flexible, accommodating, and honest. We were moving to the Burlington area from New York, and I felt she listened to what was important to us, and gave good feedback. She was always available and always answered my questions." - S.S., Buyer, 3/22/2018
