A very polite and hard working realtor. Working with Troy was like working with a friend. I live in Nevada. Purchasing a property out of state takes a lot of extra time, e-mails and phone calls. Even with the 2 hour time difference, he always made himself available to help me. Mr.Jacobs is the nicest person I have ever worked with. I want to take this opportunity to tell everyone that Troy Jacobs will go above and beyond to help you find 'your new home'. If you have never made an offer before he will give you this advise... 'the object is to make sure that you get what you want and the seller gets what they want'! He will help you and if he thinks that a home is not for you or has something wrong with it, he will tell you.
Troy is a family man and if would not put his family in it, he certainly won't put you in it. After hundreds of miles driving all over NWA, Bella Vista to Harrison, I found my home thanks to Troy's hard work. It's funny when you are on some obscure road out in nowhere and Troy not only knows where you are but someone close that he has helped out.
