    For the last 30 years I've been a Military Spouse, mother to 3 beautiful girls, and a full time Business Professional. Each Military relocation experience was unique, exciting, and sometimes extremely overwhelming. With every change of duty stations we would be Buying, Selling, and or Leasing a home. Working with several great Real Estate Agents along "my journey" has led me to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

    Arkansas has always been our home. Each year we would return to visit our family and friends however we always found ourselves wanting to stay longer each time. NWA has so much to see and do. Returning to NWA after being away was the easiest and smartest decisions we have ever made.

    Toye has been very professional and helpful from the time we listed and sold our property. Throughout the sale she attended to the minor and major details without fail. The home sold the first day it was listed and it was professionally handled through inspection and final documentation Definitely would highly recommend Toye for real estate sales.
