I cannot recommend Stefan enough - as a first time homebuyer I was definitely a bit overwhelmed with everything, but Stefan made the whole process so much more manageable and straightforward. 10/10!

Stefan helped us find our home he was ready to get in contact with, open and honest. He was helpful and he figured out any questions we had. He was at every house showing we did and gave us valuable insights we wouldn't have known without him. He was fair and responsible with our wishes, and helped guide us through the process. Stefan made the home buying experience so seamless. He was so quick to help out and communicated so well. Due to the market we were unable to see the home in person before we made an offer. Once we saw the home in person, we felt like we had already been in it all because of Stefan's communication. He went above and beyond. He is kind and professional and committed to his clients. Stefan helped immensely in finding my first home, he always went the extra mile, and I can't say enough how much I recommend his service. He never tried to downplay my concerns of a house, and was consistent, considerate, and found me a house that was even better than I expected, in a better location, for a better price!

Stefan was great help! We actually got in contact with him first because he helped a family friend and did so great. He had no problem showing us multiple different houses until we found exactly what we wanted. He was patient and kind all the way through it. He helped contact anyone we needed to, and never gave up on us even after finding the place that fit our family. I would highly recommend stefan!

Stefan was a such huge help whenever I started searching for homes to rent that fit specific needs. I think he's a honest, hard working guy with lots of integrity. I was also impressed by his diligence and the good advise he had on buying a house during these times. I'llll definitely need him when I get ready to buy a house.
