SARA IS AWESOME!!
There is simply nothing else I need to say. She helped my husband and I buy our first house in Bentonville in 2018 and low and behold helped us sell the exact same house two years later within a matter of a day.
She is amazing and I know she can and will help you sell your home and/or help you find your dream home!

Sara Berg has been amazing for my husband and myself! She helped us purchase our first home ever and when it was time to relocate for work she helped us sell our home. She was so knowledgeable about the area and was patient when explaining all the real estate lingo to us. Sara has been quick with responses and gave us the best, stress-free home buying/selling experience. When the time comes to move, we will reach out to her again!

We worked with Sara to relocate our young family to Northwest Arkansas and are lucky to have worked with her. She was an excellent communicator (both via phone and email), helped us prioritize neighborhoods based on our needs, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area.
Because our family was relocating, Sara understood how urgent our search was and conducted several FaceTime videos to help ensure we found the right home despite only visiting homes in NWA for a weekend. Once we made an offer on the home, Sara was so helpful in the closing process. She assisted with the inspection process, which made us so muh more comfortable given that we were doing most of the search remotely.
We would strongly recommend working with Sara for future housing needs!

Sara was one of the, sweetest, kindest people I have ever met. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process, but was also very laid back and easy to joke around with.
