I am a NW Arkansas native Born and Raised in Bentonville. When graduating from Bentonville High in 1984 the population of Bentonville was somewhere around 6700. I have watched the growth of Benton county as a whole. Surrounding towns turning into growing cities from small rural communities like Centerton, Pea Ridge and Gravette. My husband Allen and I have been married 37 years and raised two children and raising a grandson. The opportunities are endless in Arkansas. Education, recreation, Business possibilities are unlimited. The biking, hiking from the Back 40 Trails to the Razorback Greenway are very popular spots. My personal favorite is The Buffalo River area about 90 minutes SE of Bentonville . I am a former business owner and a cosmetologist for 36 years. Wanting to broaden my horizons and still work with the public with one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. I choose Real Estate as a second career and could not be happier. Nedra has proven to be not just someone that has lived in NWA all their life but has taken the extra initiative to be deeply embedded and connected to the community with a commitment to use that connection to serve her clients. Her knowledge, insight and deal tenacity have been so strong that as an investor we have not just used her for 1 deal but are on track to close 7 in the last 12 months and remain in pursuit of other opportunities. Nedra was born and raised here and knows everyone and everything about the area. If you want the most knowledgeable realtor that will go above and beyond then she is the realtor you want. She worked hard to help us find the perfect house. She kept us informed through the whole process and pointed out some things when did not even know to look for. After the the purchase she is still checking in to see how things are going and if there is anything that we need. Any questions that we have we just text or call and she gets us the help and answers we need. She will be our go to moving forward with all our realtor needs along with any local information we need like where to find the best donuts.

Nedra goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Out of all the agents we have had she was on top of things with great organization skills. She really has a passion for her work. One thing we liked about Nedra is; she would always checked in with us every week even if there was nothing new to look at. She is very personable. She is extremely patient with your personal needs. My husband, son and I moved to Arkansas from the west coast. When we initially met Nedra, she quickly impressed us with her vast knowledge of the area and and her understanding of the local housing market. She is very forthright which we valued since we knew very little about the area. She was quickly able to ascertain our needs as well as desires regarding our next home and started pointing us in the right direction regarding towns and neighborhoods. We were under a time crunch to look at houses, make an offer and close quickly. She spent long days with us looking at homes in order to find us the right one for our family. Once we were under contract and returned to our home on the west coast, she maintained daily communication with us. Our move out of our west coast home was very stressful and Nedra made our move to Northwest Arkansas incredibly easy.
