Megan Housley was an outstanding realtor! She made our first home-buying process as easy as it could have been. Although we had some bumps in the road, Megan supported us when we were worried and always kept in contact with us when we needed her to be. We appreciate the encouragement and the pressure she put onto the people who needed it in order to get our process completed. Her personality and professionalism meshed well together and made our process more enjoyable. She made us feel comfortable and as a priority the whole time. We would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a new home and we will be using her in the future, as well!

Megan is great! She is there when you need her and always optimistic. That goes a long way if you see a lot of houses, as we did. She is personable and able to understand your needs. We had some pretty wild requirements for a home. She worked very hard to find the property we just closed on. We did not make it easy on Megan yet she followed through and found the perfect property. Buying a home can be convoluted, scary, and exhausting. Megan always kept our goal attainable and our spirits up. We felt very comfortable working with Megan and are proud to have a new friend at the end of this. I highly recommend Megan!

Megan has excellent knowledge of local market. She immediately recognized our priorities and needs. She acted with extreme urgency in buying a house that had 5 offers in the first 24 hours. Because of her we were able to buy a very desired house in a very desired area. Highly recommended!

Megan did more for me than most. She helped me find a rental house while I was starting to go through a divorce. I need to stay in a certain school district and we looked at 15 houses I a shirt period of time. I got the one I wanted thanks to her. She was available whenever I needed anything. Megan is so awesome. My husband and I were sort of all over the place when it came to knowing what we wanted and where we wanted to be. But she remained patient, showing us different options across the board and asking us what we liked and disliked about each property until she found us the perfect place. We heard horror stories about the closing process, but Megan kept us informed throughout and we never had one single issue. She is friendly, professional and extremely dedicated to her clients. Being a first time buyer I didn't really know what to expect and I had a lot of questions. Megan answered all my questions promptly and if she didn't know she went the extra mile to get me a response. She does a great job of treating you like a person rather then a client, which went a long way with my wife and I. She was a bright spot in a rather stressful process, I would recommend her to anyone.
