I am Joshua Cook, and I would love the chance to work with and help you as your REALTOR® in Northwest Arkansas.
I grew up in Springdale, Arkansas, graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor's in English, and I spent most of my life working in the newspaper industry.
For the better part of 15 years I worked as a writer, editor, page designer, and assistant managing editor as I navigated deadline pressure, caught and corrected errors, and operated with the integrity required to help readers digest and comprehend the news of their area. I also have spent more than a year in the field of education and have worked online with children who were learning English as their second language. All of this experience has prepared me to be a REALTOR® you can count on and trust with a goal of guiding you through the transaction process while presenting all information clearly.
Outside of real estate, you'll be hard-pressed to find a bigger or more knowledgeable sports fan who is as well-versed in sports analysis as he is in literary analysis.
I am excited to be working with the people of the area in which I grew up and my wife, Rachel, and our two children, Ellison and Meyer, will always call home.

Josh was great at helping me get my place ready for sale. He helped me through my anxiety about preparing the house (that I had lived in for almost 36 years) and about the fact that it was not a perfect showplace.
