Joi went above and beyond to make sure we were able to quickly view the property and submit an offer immediately. Although she was across the country when the property became available, she made arrangements within thirty minutes for another agent to show us the property, wrote our offer that day and communicated closely with us during the process. She flew back a day early, and as soon as she returned, scheduled another walk through of the property with her. Negotiations with selling agent/owner for purchase of non real estate items was seamless and very successful. Joi was present for our final walk through as well aa closing. In addition to the excellent service given during the buying process, Joi also purchased for us, as a gift, a home warranty.
