    Jodi Slocum encompasses everything I expect from an agent and more. First of all, I was advised to be prequalified in order to determine the down payment I would need as well as the ceiling cost of the houses I was looking for. Since I live out of town, she tirelessly drove me around to view homes, helped me refine my searches, and directed me toward neighborhoods based on my needs and their desirability. Once I'd purchased a house, Jodi directed me to companies that would perform a home inspection, then reputable companies that would do the repairs needed. She provided me with a list local agencies I would need such as power, utilities, trash service, and phone, as well an insurance company that dealt with out of state investors. Her exceptional professionalism and ethical principles as well as a sparkling personality and sense of humor made the process fun and rewarding. I recently called Jodi because I plan to purchase another house in the near future, and she immediately sent me the multiple listings in the areas I requested. I look forward to returning to Arkansas soon and working again with Jodi.
