Hi, my name is Felicia Pettit and I am a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette. As an Arkansan native I've witnessed the amazing transformation of Northwest Arkansas and I couldn't think of a better place to call home. NWA has all the offerings of a metropolitan area but still maintains its small, hometown feel. My background in education and enthusiasm for helping others help me connect with my clients and provide them with the best service possible.

When I'm not helping my clients find their dream home, I can usually be found spending time with my wonderful husband Marc, and our two daughters. I also enjoy volunteering at the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter, singing at Cross Church and being outdoors.

I have known Felicia for 20+years . I would highly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs . Her positive energy and outgoing personality make her a joy to be around, and work with . How do I start out saying our experience was fantastic! First off, Felicia reached out through the internet and Zillow. She jumped right on with our search for a home. We were traveling from CA to AR and had a time that was short. Upon meeting with her the first time I personally felt so connected to her that I gave her a hug. She was so friendly and received the hug with open arms. She got to know us each individually and as a long time married couple. Our process was fast, but she was very diligent with her time and was very accommodating to us. In the end we purchased a 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo and are enjoying the fruits of her labor. Thank you Coldwell Banker for treating us like family. More importantly for having such a personable realtor like Felicia. She truly made our home buying fun!
