David was first class. He was super friendly and responsive, even on a holiday weekend. He was quick to determine what we were looking for and the areas we liked. He even showed us around Fayetteville. He is extremely knowledgeable about NW Arkansas and the real estate market.

David was absolutely fantastic! We were making a move on short notice and needed a rental home for our family. With the market as crazy as it is we couldn't even get in contact with landlords before houses were rented. David sat down with us, figured out what we wanted and began lining up visits. He was tenacious in getting us into houses and literally had us at our new rental as the landlord was hanging up the key box. Deal done!
