I am beyond grateful that Cathy and I crossed paths. I admire her for her determination when selling my old home and passion when finding my new one. Cathy is always a phone call away to answer all my questions and I am not sure how many miles and hours we hunted for the right home but she did it... I close Wednesday morning. We have had many realtors in our lives but I can honestly say we have never had one as helpful, knowledgable, and personable as Cathy. She was truly a godsend. In all of the paperwork involved, she handled it promptly and never missed a beat. Glad she was organized as I wasn't! If I wondered about something, such as inspections, she had already handled it! So I just quit worrying! She seemed to work 24/7 !! Always positive no matter the circumstances. Cathy did a tremendous job with the listing of my condo, worked so hard getting all details correct and attractive, multiple showings, offers, and was available always as had 2 offers immediately so lots to keep on top of. We moved here to retire. We were new to the area and knew that NWA was the place we wanted to be. We found Catherine and she found our dream home for us. Catherine had shown us several homes all over the NWA area. They were all very nice. Our dream home came on the market and Catherine got us in to see the home the day it came on the market. She was spot on and let us know this home would sell very quickly. We moved quickly and put in a bid. We absolutely loved working with Cathy. It was our first time buying a home and we actually found Cathy by luck. I had reached out online about wanting to see a house and Cathy was the agent that was there to meet us when we arrived. We enjoyed her services so much that we decided that while that house may not have been the right house for us, Cathy sure was. So we continued to work with Cathy over the next few months - she was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth on budget and wants. At one point we had to put the search on hold to prepare for our upcoming wedding. Cathy was so understanding and let us have the time we needed. Once the wedding was over, Cathy was back at it helping us search for our first home. By this point we had a much better idea of the type of house we wanted, but it was somewhat of finding a needle in a haystack. Come March 2018, I get a text from Cathy at probably 8 or 9 at night (she never stops working for her clients) letting me know that a house had just come on the market that she felt would be a perfect fit. Cathy is a wonderful professional who listens to her clients and truly wants to help them find the home or property that is the most perfect for them. She was very patient, understanding, and accommodating as I moved from trying to find a property that came with a modular but also on which I could build a home (I realized I am not a modular home person.) to finding the perfect place on a couple of acres for me to relax and enjoy after a long and busy work day/week. Cathy added to my list of homes daily always keeping my primary requests in mid and was able to schedule viewings in a timely manner often within a day. Her recommendations for a home inspector saved me from purchasing a home with several costly imminent repairs the price of which I did not have in my home purchasing budget.
