I was relocating for work and knew next to nothing about the area. I was moving from a condo downtown so did not know what to look for in a house.   Cassie recently assisted us on our search for a Bella Vista lot on which to build our retirement home.  With the fact that we live over nine hours away, we needed someone that we could depend on to assist in the search and Cassie did not disappoint.  She found dozens of lots in our price range and we made monthly trips to view them.  She even went outside the realtor ‘network’ and personally checked on lots that were for sale by owner and relayed feedback to us. We moved to Bella Vista from Tucson and purchased our home virtually online. We never physically saw the house until the final walk through. Cassie Michalski was our realtor in Bella Vista and she was extremely thorough and dedicated in making sure that we saw not only the house itself with video tours but of the neighborhood as well. The housing market in BV was challenging and homes were selling quickly. Cassie was always on top of this and ahead of the game. She was available at short notice to do video tours for us and would also be available at short notice to meet a family member not far from the area to look at any houses we showed interest in. Bottom line is, she worked hard for us, and listened to our wants and needs and found us some great options, one of course is the beautiful home we recently purchased. We love it! In addition to this, she did a fantastic job coordinating the business needs between us, the lender and the title company to make sure that it was a smooth process up until the day she turned over the house keys to us. Cassie went over and above for us many times during this process. When we did our final walk through of the house, we had some concerns of debris that was left under the back yard deck when the former owners moved out. We expressed these concerns to Cassie and the next thing we know, Cassie and her family went over to clean this up as the former owners had already moved out of state. It does not get more dedicated than that! We cannot thank Cassie enough for everything she did for us while transitioning from Tucson to Bella Vista. People are amazed when they hear that we never even saw the house before going under contract on it. But by the time we went under contract on the home, we felt like we knew the home well and had seen many videos and photos that Cassie had provided to us. We were constantly contacting Cassie along the way with questions about the home, and she always responded quickly and had the answer we needed. Her communication skills far exceed expectations. Being new to the area, Cassie continues to be a wonderful resource for us. We would highly recommend Cassie if in the market for a new home. We do not have any plans on moving again any time soon but when or if that day comes, she will be the first person we call.....

I can never thank Cassie enough for all the hard work she had done to get me into my very first house! Cassie is amazing. Initially, my family and I were viewing homes through video calls as we were moving from a different state. From the minute that we met over the phone till the close of the escrow, Cassie was incredible!!!!! My family and I had some difficult circumstances, at 1st we were just looking at the area and wanted to look at some homes we were in no hurry. However a week later I got the call nobody wants to get, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then days later we were told by our land Lords we had to be out with mind you less than 30 day notice. I text Cassie later on a Friday to see if she could show us some properties the following day and she was on it. She was organized and ready to go. We came back the following weekend and again she was ready to go great heart and so eager to be of service anyway that she could be. We found a home we loved and she found us a place to stay during the two weeks where we had to be out of our rental and before the close of escrow. I found Cassie through a Google search for local realtors. Cassie is highly responsive. I called several realtors and Cassie is the only one who answered. She answered within a few minutes! She pulled together several properties and within a few hours that day we were visiting properties with her. She answered phone calls and texts very quickly. Cassie is honest. When she saw something about a home that didn't seem right, she told us so. Cassie is patient. I'm amazed with her workload how she could spend so much time with us. Cassie is the Best realtor I have ever worked with over the years. I have bought and sold three homes in NWA and this was the smoothest purchase I have ever made. Cool thing is I had only talked to her through email and discussed what I was looking for in home and she set me up on a daily automated search that fit my criteria. From there it couldn't have went any better ever looking through the searches for about 6 months she emailed directly and told me I think I have the house for you. She was correct. Went and saw it the first day was on the market made an offer and the rest is history. Impressive! We were impressed by Cassie from the start of selling our home. At our first meeting she had already researched our house and already had buyers in mind. There was never any pressure. Of the 4 homes we've sold over the years, this was by far the most relaxed, smoothest and fastest sale of all - 2 Days! Cassie was professional and friendly and never once pushed us on anything. Cassie Michalski has been awesome to work with. Here's a little of our amazing story! I called around noon and she was holding an open house. I gave her a list of a couple of homes I was interested in and she booked showings for later the same day.Those didn't meet our needs but they were homes I had found online. But then she took me to a home that had gone on the market the same day (it didn't even have pictures online yet) and she took me and I fell in love with the home!!! She schedule a showing for first thing the next day again so my husband could go see it and he loved it as well.
