Ashton Todd
Raised in the Rogers-Lowell area, I am a 4th generation native of Northwest Arkansas. I love sharing the history, growth and beauty of this area. It doesn't often take long for individuals visiting NWA to see and understand why so many fall in love and stay. NWA has grown so much, and I am thrilled about the opportunities and excitement it has created. The NWA lifestyle has been made distinct by the abundance of outdoor activities, culinary expertise, artistic influences and locally crafted goods.
I have always been a fan of the local lakes and rivers, but most recently I have taken up tennis and mountain biking. I love the Arkansas Razorbacks, but the last few years, I can't stand to watch them play (certain sports). I attended the University of Phoenix for an Information Technology degree with a concentration in Project Management. I have been in customer service for more than 10 years and possess experience in banking, corporate, management and real estate. I have sold a variety of real estate and served as a back-office manager, marketing director and property manager. I recently specialized in luxury real estate. I believe my dynamic background creates a rounded and well-informed view of the real estate market and industry.
While the creation of a collective NWA has developed, the individuality and personality of each town and area has evolved as well. The creation of these niche markets is intriguing and intricate. In-depth knowledge of these constantly shifting areas is crucial, as is the continued cultivation of established relationships within these locales. I strive to be educated, connected and consistent. I strive to serve my client in the best way possible. I strive to be paramount.

Selling:
Working with Ashton was such a painless process. He was very willing to work with our schedule and help in anyway possible. There were countless times he would open our blinds or kennel our dogs when we could not make it. Ashton answered our call while we were looking for property in the NW part of Arkansas. We spent time on the phone talking back and forth to narrow down what we thought would meet our needs. He met us and took us around looking at various properties and we settled on a lot on Loch Lomond Lake in Bella Vista. He was the most professional and kind Realtor we've had the pleasure of working with. That being said, life threw us a curve ball and now he has the privilege of selling our beautiful lake view property and from previous experience, we know he will do an excellent job. In the whole process not only did he prove himself to be a top notch Realtor but, a friend in the end.
